Saturday 26th - spent the day in the studio working on a German song with:
Aan Poelstra (vocals), Hank v.d Veen (drums), Jelmer Woudstra (guitarist), Jelle Visser (bass), Biem Visser (keys).
Great fun and very relaxing to work with talented musicians.
On 22-02-2016 a dear friend of mine Darcy came to visit.
We have known each other for over 30 years and lost contact due to the fact that Darcy had moved to the USA.
It was fantastic to see him again after all these years!
We spent a day and a half together catching up, reliving memories and making some fantastic music. As if time had never passed - we picked up where we left off.
Great time and lots of fun and laughs.
Mind you - at the end of the second day we sent each other whats-app pictures
showing the blisters on our fingers from playing the blues and all them good 'old' songs.... :-)
